Roadmap
0102

Three phases, one direction.

Stated as capability, not as dates. Each phase names the condition that has to be true before the next one starts — a commitment you can check rather than a quarter you cannot.

01ACTIVE

Software infrastructure

The layer that exists and runs today: spatial data pipelines, suitability and hazard modelling, and the console that makes both addressable. Deployable without any hardware in the field, which is why it is first.

// SCOPE
  • Andromeda geospatial suitability engine — multi-criteria parcel scoring under an explicit weight vector
  • Terrain-modelled hazard screening anywhere on Earth, with ingested cadastre where an engagement publishes one
  • Vector tile delivery from PostGIS, and the console that reads it
// EXIT CONDITION

Partners can select and justify a deployment site from the platform alone, with the weight vector attached to the answer.

02NEXT

Edge systems

Instrumentation at the point of contact with the physical world. Sensor channels bound to real assets, minimisation applied before data leaves the unit, and chain of custody from capture through to the dataset.

// SCOPE
  • Edge sensor pipelines on live assets, with per-channel binding to the part being measured
  • On-unit redaction, so identifying detail is dropped at source rather than collected and deleted later
  • Custody records that survive every transformation between capture and hand-off
// EXIT CONDITION

A field observation can be traced end to end — which unit, which sensor, which run — without leaving the platform.

03LONG-TERM

Physical AI

The destination the first two phases exist to reach: instrumented environments where perception and control are validated against real conditions, and where a sim-to-real gap is measured rather than assumed.

// SCOPE
  • Instrumented sandboxes exercising perception, dynamics, and safety under controlled hazard
  • Divergence reporting — where the model and the measurement disagree, and by how much
  • Human review and operational controls between an autonomous system and a consequential action
// EXIT CONDITION

A partner can sign off a system on measured evidence instead of simulation, and show their regulator the record.
